Heat Management Systems
As a global leading supplier of heat management systems and heat exchangers for aircrafts and aircraft engines, our development approach reflects our commitment to achieving higher performance, more compactness, and lower weight. Our expertise in this product area reflects our unique skills in design evaluation, a variety of fin forming techniques and brazing techniques for various metals. We design and manufacture plate-and-fin products, shell-and-tube products, and surface-mounted products for installation on the curved surface of the engine fan case. In recent years, we developed the oil cooler for the APS5000 auxiliary power unit (APU) manufactured by Hamilton Sundstrand for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner and the heat management system for the Trent 1000® engine manufactured by Rolls-Royce, also for the Boeing 787. In addition, we are developing the heat management system for the Trent XWB engine and BR725 engine manufactured by Rolls-Royce for the new Airbus A350 Extra Wide Body and Gulfstream G650 business jet, respectively.
We are also engaged in the development of carbon nanotube material for the high thermal conductivity composite to be utilized for a new heat exchanger material.
