Heat sink for
electronic devices
Heat sink with high density and thin-walled fin made by brazing. It can cover heat condition which is difficult for classical extrusion or machining products.
High performance heat sink

About brazing sheet....
In case of Aluminum, filler metal is cladded onto and integrated with the brazing sheet. Filler metal has lower melting point than core material. By heating stacked core to temperature that do not melt core material but melts filler metal, the core is bonded.
*Possible fin pitch and thickness may be adjustable.
**Possible fin pitch and thickness may change depending on size of heat sink.
