Available for large size and
high pressure by
plate-fin heat exchanger.
By well experienced brazing technology, SPP can provide plate-fin heat exchanger within large size, and, Maximum design pressure is up to 12 MPaG. Also, depends on operating conditions, suitable material is selected. For example, aluminum alloy to be chosen in cryogenic temperature use, stainless steel or nickel alloy to be chosen in high temperature or corrosive condition.
Available for very high pressure and
severe condition, by diffusion bonded
micro channel heat exchanger.
Taking advantage of our experience of plate-fin heat exchanger, SPP can also provide diffusion bonded micro channel heat exchanger. This heat exchanger has similar characteristic to plate-fin type, and, due to its structure, comparing to plate fin type heat exchanger, it can withstand for 10 times higher pressure, and also withstand for more severe condition of thermal stress.

By using our brazing technology, we can also provide air cooled heat sink and cold plate with high fin pitch or heat transfer enhancement.
"SIPHOREX®" is the cooler with 2-phase technology. Due to thermo siphon occurring inside heat sink, it shows similar cooling performance to liquid cooling, but cooling system can be simple like air cooling. So, it has been widely using more than 20 years for cooling electronic equipment. (e.g. IGBT cooling for traction of high speed train, industrial motor drive, etc..)

LNG vaporizer is a heat exchanger that vaporizes Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) in cryogenic temperature.
SPP deals with two types of vaporizer, which is "Open Rack Vaporizer (ORV)" and "Submerged Combustion Vaporizer (SCV)". For both vaporizer, we have large share in the world, and can provide the product to fit with customer's environment and requirement. SPP's ORV and SCV are one of the most common vaporizers in the world.

By accommodating customer's request, SPP has about 300 kinds of corrugated fins for plate-fin heat exchangers, and possible to offer optimized design. Depends on operating conditions, we can offer not only aluminum heat exchanger, but also heat exchanger of stainless steel, nickel alloy, and titanium alloy. In addition, by advancing technology of brazing, SPP can propose special high performanced heat sink, diffusion bonded micro channel heat exchanger, unit products and so on. Furthermore, large unit products such as LNG vaporizer, cold box, and core in drum (Plate-fin heat exchanger is installed in drum), is also available. From small to large products, SPP has various solutions for your request. In addition, by cooperation with partners in overseas, SPP will provide you the products with optimum scheme.
